Refund & Returns Policy

At Saptaki.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide you with a delightful shopping experience and products you’ll love. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • The request for return must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, pouches, invoices, and certifications (if any) intact.

    • The product must be in resellable condition, free from scratches, wear, or alterations.

    • Non-Returnable Items:

      • Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)

      • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry

      • Items bought during clearance sales, offers, or promotions unless damaged or defective

    Saptaki.com reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality inspection:

  • You will be notified via email or message regarding the status of your return — approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 working days.

  • Please note: The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In case of rejection, the product will be shipped back to you at your cost.

3. Exchanges

If the product you received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Different from what you ordered

We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost, provided you inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share unboxing videos or photographs as proof of damage or discrepancy for faster resolution.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.), we will arrange for a free reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping charges if reverse pickup isn’t available in your area.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or dislike, the customer must bear the shipping and handling costs for returning the product.

All returns must be approved and initiated only after contacting our customer support team. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • We are not responsible for any items lost in return shipping if not shipped using a traceable courier service.

    • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior communication or returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
