1. Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns for refunds. We only offer replacements for eligible cases as per the conditions below:
Replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, pouches, invoices, and certifications (if any) intact.
The product must be in resellable condition, free from scratches, wear, or alterations.
Non-Returnable Items:
Earrings (due to hygiene concerns)
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry
Items bought during clearance sales, offers, or promotions unless damaged or defective
Saptaki.com reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.
2. Refund Process
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements are provided for eligible cases. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a replacement. An unboxing video of the package is mandatory as proof to process any replacement request. Replacement requests without a proper unboxing video showing the sealed package and product condition will not be considered.

Saptaki.com reserves the final right to approve or reject any replacement request after verification.
3. Exchanges
If the product you received is:
Defective
Damaged during transit
Different from what you ordered
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost, provided you inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please share unboxing videos or photographs as proof of damage or discrepancy for faster resolution.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.), we will arrange for a free reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping charges if reverse pickup isn’t available in your area.
We only support reverse pickup in case of approved replacement requests due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

All returns must be approved and initiated only after contacting our customer support team. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

6. Important Notes
We are not responsible for any items lost in return shipping if not shipped using a traceable courier service.
Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior communication or returned in damaged condition due to improper packaging.
We reserve the right to update our return policy at any time without prior notice.
